Ilana is the Chief Financial Officer at World Bnei Akiva, serving as the senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of our organization. With a wealth of experience and expertise in accounting, Ilana plays a crucial role in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As an Israeli CPA, Ilana obtained her B.A. in Economics and Accounting and her M.A. in Law with a special track for accountants, both from Bar Ilan University. Her education and professional background have equipped her with the skills and knowledge needed to oversee the financial affairs of our organization.
Growing up in Nes Harim, Ilana was an active member of Bnei Akiva, where her parents settled after making Aliyah from South Africa. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep connection to Israel and a passion for community building.
She speaks both Hebrew and English.
Ilana has been working for World Bnei Akiva since 2021.
