A movement council entitled "Brothers in the Building - Brothers in Controversy" convenes in Jerusalem. The council, which convened following a sense of rift between right-wing Israelis and the Israeli government, ruled that the riots condemning Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin are not beneficial and that they divide the people.
