Jordan Annexes West Bank and East JLM

1950

Jordan occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank since the 1948 War, but made it official in 1950. There was no access for Israelis to the occupied areas, which included the Old City and holy sites for Jews, Christians, and Muslims.
